The Kyle House is the perfect destination for your wedding and your reception. It provides all the heart desires. Your Wedding will be one that not only you remember for a lifetime but your guests will too.


Wedding/Reception Details

For a wedding ceremony and reception the rental fee starts at $1,200 and is based on the number of guests attenting. The price includes:

  • Facility for a ten hour period
    • 2 hrs rehearsal
    • 2 hrs preparation
    • 5 hrs for wedding and reception
    • 1 hr for removal of personal belongings
Use of the white gazebo and white chairs for ceremony. Silk decorations, columns, tulle and garlands; linens, silver, glassware, tables and chairs, setup and cleanup - everything to make your wedding and reception worry free and a day to remember.

For a wedding reception the rental fee starts at $800 and is based on the number of guests attending. The price includes:

  • Facility for a 7 hour period
    • 2 hrs preparation
    • 4 hrs for reception
    • 1 hr for removal of personal belongings
Silk decorations, columns, tulle and garlands; linens, silver, glassware, tables and chairs, setup and cleanup - so you and your family can enjoy your special day.

Fees do not include bride and groom's cake, fresh flowers, printed napkins, professional photography or live music. The Kyle House is happy to cater your reception and has menus from light to heavy hors d' oeuvres or cocktail hors d' oeuvres followed by an elegant dinner. The Kyle House has a beer, wine and champagne license. We are happy to serve alcohol to your guests, fees are based on service requested.
